Frittelli arte contemporanea on the occasion of Black History Month Florence, has the pleasure to host the exhibition Georges Adéagbo. Constellations.

Frittelli arte contemporanea has been working with Adéagbo since 2007, when it organized the exhibition “La rencontre”! Venise - Florence! in collaboration with the Fondazione Querini Stampalia in Venice, first at the Museo della Fondazione Querini Stampalia and then in the Quartieri Monumentali of the Museo di Palazzo Vecchio and in the gallery's Florence headquarters.

The exhibition aims to present a significant series of his work Constellations. His installations associate objects, images, sculptures and texts linked to the social and historical context of the place where they will be exhibited, but also deeply connected to the memory of colonization. Adéagbo becomes a mediator of languages, and his narrative symbolically becomes a call against all hegemony.
