Pino Pascali. Works for advertising

"The advertising works produced by Pino Pascali between 1958 and 1968 - unfortunately still little known to the greater public - have gradually won themselves a place of elevated interest and great consideration in the art world, to the extent of being defined, along with his pictorial and sculptural works, productions of indisputable taste and creative capacity. […]
Lodolofilm, which belonged to Lodolo, offered Pino the chance to enter an artistic ambience that was not sculptural and hardly scenograph-ic, which gave him the opportunity to experiment with other and different artistic realities. At the same time, Pascali continued to create the sculptural works that were exhibited by Plinio De Martiis, by Sperone in Turin and at Sargentini's Attico. […] Riffling through the drawings and sketches of the characters, we find ourselves in a long tracking shot of techniques, styles and choices of materials which provide such wide-ranging examples that they cannot fail to arouse interest and curiosity. They also undeniably offer tools and references that are important for an even more profound knowledge of Pino's work.”
